This ward protects against attacks of raw magical energy, such as Power Bolt, Word of Power or Mystic Bolt.
Like all Symbols of Warding, it is traced by hand, wand or staff, forms an invisible barrier up to 20 ft. in radius, stays where it was drawn, and lasts until removed by a counter-symbol or a counter-spell (50% per try).
