Silently alerts the caster, wherever he is, when anyone trespasses into the area.

An alarm ward. The instant any trespasser or intruder enters its area, the caster is magically warned, however far away he or she happens to be.
Like all Symbols of Warding, it is traced by hand, wand or staff, forms an invisible barrier up to 20 ft. in radius, stays where it was drawn, and lasts until removed by a counter-symbol or a counter-spell (50% per try).
