Magan's walled capital of only about 60 acres, whose stone towers and walls are plated with copper in Atlantean style and which looks far more advanced than it is. It holds the King's palace and harem and a great public circle of shops and taverns, and is spreading beyond its walls.

Zimba is Magan's capital and only real city, walled and covering just 60 acres or so, yet its stone towers, walls and buildings are plated with copper in the Atlantean manner, earning it a name as far ahead of most of southern and eastern Gondwana. The best work of Magan's copper- and goldsmiths decorates the King's palace, a luxurious stone residence for the monarch and his harem, and a great public circle ringed with every kind of shop and tavern is the city's other famous sight.
Sheban trade has given Zimba a mixed, cosmopolitan look much like Khaffir in Ophir, and hunters sell game there to foreigners. Much of the kingdom's main farmland surrounds it, sentries of the Warrior class patrol its streets, and buildings have spread beyond the walls, prompting talk of enclosing a connected New City with a second wall.
