A tavern mostly used by soldiers of the city garrisons, plus a few locals. The owner is a retired Qaddani infantry captain who fought in several campaigns against the Turanians, who are not welcome here. Prices are a little under the norm and quality is usually good, and fights are frequent, above all on paydays.
