The lake in Samu beneath which lives the Master, the most powerful Afiti, who settles disputes among lesser Afiti in exchange for human victims.

Beneath Okioga Lake in Samu lives one of the mightiest Afiti anywhere, who styles himself the Master; the others accept the title, though the race has no real hierarchy or cooperation. Afiti usually avoid one another, so disputes are rare, but when they arise lesser Afiti bring them to him, paying in human victims, more for harder cases.
