The Manuan capital is the nearest thing to a real city in the Elysium Sea: more than a hundred thatched huts of different sizes, all raised on sturdy bamboo stilts. People travel between the huts by canoe, and every family owns at least one small boat kept just for that purpose. It is the only settlement of note on Nonamato.
