The summit on Punt where the Royal Citadel stands. Rather than a grand fortress, the citadel is a cluster of small buildings scattered almost at random through the park-like Royal Preserve, where the kings of Punt dwell in quiet contemplation, setting broad policy and stepping in only when needed.
