Guide, Reading the entries
Eight attribute scores on a scale from 1 (negligible) to 25 (godlike); ordinary humans fall between 10 and 14 and 18 is the human maximum. Judges may adjust or drop them to suit their game system.
From the book
Every creature is rated in eight attributes: Strength, Speed, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Will, Charisma and Perception. Each runs on a scale from 1, meaning negligible, up to 25, the maximum, which represents god-like ability.
For comparison, an ordinary human scores between 10 and 14, and 18 marks the absolute limit any human can reach. Game Judges may adjust the attributes, or leave them out entirely, to fit the rules of whatever game system they use.
