Sets up a lasting teleport gate between two sites on the same plane, which the caster must visit and enchant; it passes one person a minute.
From the book
The caster opens a permanent teleporting gate linking two points. Both ends must lie on the same plane, since the gate cannot cross between dimensions, and the caster has to go to each site in person and cast the spell at each entrance; each casting takes 1 hour. He may make the gate one-way if he wishes.
Once set up, the teleportal lets one person through each minute, and a traveler can carry no more than his normal encumbrance.

A scene
The Horizon Trade Enterprise wants its warehouse in Atlantis joined to its new counting house in Gadirea, and it has paid the sorcerer Pytheas handsomely to do it. He spends a long, dull hour in the Atlantean warehouse drawing his lines of force, then takes ship and spends another hour in Gadirea, at the other end. When he is finished, the first porter steps nervously through the empty doorway and comes out in Gadirea, blinking. A minute later the next follows him, then the next, one at a time, each carrying an ordinary load.
