The caster alone turns invisible, but fighting or casting further spells breaks the effect at once.

The caster turns invisible. As with true invisibility, keeping it up takes some concentration, so if he joins combat or casts another spell he becomes visible at once. Unlike true invisibility, the spell works only on the caster himself and cannot be given to anyone else. It lasts 10 minutes per level of ability.

A scene
The sacred drum hangs in the Naga chieftain's longhouse in the Sarakan Jungle, and the shaman Tambi means to take it home. He speaks the words at the edge of the clearing and fades out of sight like breath on a cold morning. He walks straight past the guards, lifts the drum from its peg, and passes within arm's reach of the sleeping chieftain, the man who burned his village. His knife hand twitches. He knows exactly what would happen if he struck. So he keeps walking, the drum under his arm, and is gone before anyone wakes.
