Oats are a magical herb of recklessness. Two drams each of almond, oats and larch, mixed into wine, make the Philtre of Recklessness, whose drinker behaves with no fear or caution at all, whatever the danger. Oats grow in fields and cultivated areas and cost 1 S.P. per dram.
