Altai Mountains

North of Baluchistan, beyond the Altai range, lives a race of primitive humans who know nothing of metalworking, wear crude hides and use only the roughest stone tools. They reportedly have no language and communicate by grunts and throaty sounds. Though they seem defenseless, the warlike Aryans will not attack them, and nobody knows why. The Altai also form part of the wild region of Mongala.
